Great product/ disappointing shipping

"The product is great. No issues there. But shipping is always ridiculous. Last order, it tool almost 2 months! Never got an email about the delay either. Had to reach out to find out. And all they offered was a 20% off next purchase, which of course doesnt work on any sale items. This time was a bit quicker, but still took a long time. And everytime, i end up with at least 1 container busted in the box, which i then have to clean All of the containers. Its just annoying."

Beautiful but QUICK fade

"BEAUTIFUL color but is GONE after 2 washes . Hot Hot Pink lasts easily a 30-45 days. It's really unfortunate because it's an amazing color. For reference my hair is lightened to Level 7. Here is a pic of it on Level 7 after application/rinse/shampoo/air-dry. My Level 4 brown is mixed in)"
