The color's namesake is the iconic actress Cleo Rose, one of Tish and Snooky's dearest friends. Europe's answer to Marilyn Monroe and Jayne Mansfield, Cleo appeared in a variety of films in the 1960's. This is our EU compliant formula

    Not very color fast?

    "I used Manic Panic decades ago, so when I decided to color my hair, I figured I'd go back to the source. Not sure if the product has changed, but the color doesn't last long at all - less than 2 weeks. A little disappointing, but I guess also less commitment?"
