Shipping & Delivery

Orders process within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Tracking will be sent once shipped. Expect possible delays during Oct–Jan due to holiday volume.

  • Restricted Items: Bleach, nail polish, and sprays ship via FedEx Ground only (no PO Boxes/APO/FPO/International).
  • US Orders: USPS First Class/Priority or FedEx (Overnight, Express Saver).
  • Canada: USPS Priority International or FedEx Economy.
  • Other International: FedEx Economy only.

Free shipping is available on orders of $50 or more after discounts have been applied.

Extreme Temperatures Disclaimer

Heat can cause developer to expand/leak. Cold may freeze liquids. Please order with weather in mind. Manic Panic is not responsible for weather-related damage.

International Orders
  • We do not contact international carriers; check with your local post office for updates.
  • Customs/Duties: All fees/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Return to Sender: If returned for non-payment, wrong address, or unclaimed, refund will be product cost only (shipping non-refundable).
Returns

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. Refunds exclude original shipping.

Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of delivery, at your expense.

Final Sale: Lifestyle products, including all print-to-order items, are final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Replacements

For product issues within 30 days, please contact our Customer Service team here with proof of purchase.

If your Manic Panic product was purchased from another retailer, please request a replacement directly from that retailer first. If the retailer is unable to resolve your issue, you may then contact our Customer Service team with the following:

  • A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase
  • A clear photo of the product and the issue
  • Details describing the problem

Once received, our team will review and assist you with the next steps.

🛡️ Route+ Shipping Protection

Route+ is automatically added at checkout (you may opt out). It covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

  • Delivered packages: File a claim 5–15 days after delivery.
  • Lost packages: File a claim 7–30 days after last tracking update (20 days for international).

Order Processing

Payment Pending: Some banks take up to 5 days to clear. Orders won’t ship until cleared. Once confirmed, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

Order Issues
  • Missing/Incorrect Items: Submit a request with a photo of your packing slip + items via our Contact Page (include order number).
  • Incorrect Address: We cannot replace orders shipped to wrong addresses entered at checkout.
  • Damages/Lost Shipments: Covered only if Route+ is added.
Sales, Discounts & Promotions
  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout — cannot be added after purchase.
  • Free promotional items must be added to your cart manually.
  • Sales are valid while supplies last.
  • If your cart total is $50 before a discount code, and the discount reduces the total below $50, the order will not qualify for free shipping.
Fraud Protection
