How to Dye
  1. Perform a patch and strand test before coloring. Learn how →
  2. Bleach hair to a light blonde for maximum vibrancy Shop bleach kits → or skip the bleach for a soft, natural tint on darker hair.
  3. Clarify hair using Prepare to Dye® Clarifying Shampoo or a gentle clarifying shampoo
  4. Apply to dry, clean hair, fully saturating each section
  5. Let process for 30+ minutes (longer = bolder!)
  6. Rinse with cool water only
  7. Style & shine in your new hue!

"Horrible, barely left a stain. The amplified washed out in 2 washes, put it in for a whole hour with the same results. Total waste of money. Can't even see it, but you can the purple!"
