CBGB Festival 2026 “Tickets Giveaway” Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE TICKET GIVEAWAY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING THE PRIZE.

1.     Eligibility: The Manic Panic CBGB Festival 2026 ticket giveaway (the “Ticket Giveaway”) is offered by Manic Panic N.Y.C., Inc., a New York corporation with offices at 44-02 11th Street, Suite 101, Long Island City, NY 11101 (“Manic Panic”). The Ticket Giveaway is open only to those who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry and who agree to the rules contained herein (the “Official Rules”). Furthermore, the Ticket Giveaway is only open to legal residents of the United States, with the exception of residents of the State of Tennessee who may not enter. The Ticket Giveaway and entry or participation therein is otherwise void where prohibited by law. Employees of Manic Panic and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Ticket Giveaway. The Ticket Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2.     Agreement to Ticket Giveaway Official Rules: By entering into and participating in the Ticket Giveaway, any such entrant (the “Entrant”) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Ticket Giveaway Official Rules, and represents and warrants that such Entrant meets the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, each Entrant agrees to accept the decisions of Manic Panic as final and binding with respect to the Ticket Giveaway.

3.     Ticket Giveaway Period: Entries to this Ticket Giveaway will be accepted online beginning on September 11, 2026, when the applicable Ticket Giveaway post is published, and ending on September 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Ticket Giveaway Period”). All entries must be submitted and received during the Ticket Giveaway Period to be considered for the Ticket Giveaway.

4.     How to Enter: To enter the Ticket Giveaway, an eligible Entrant must, during the Ticket Giveaway Period: (i) follow Manic Panic’s official account on Instagram or TikTok, as applicable; (ii) like the applicable Ticket Giveaway post; and (iii) comment on the applicable Ticket Giveaway post by tagging one (1) friend (with such friend’s consent) with whom the Entrant would like to attend CBGB Festival 2026. No purchase, payment, marketing consent, or other consideration from the Entrant is required to enter or participate in the Ticket Giveaway. Entrants hereby acknowledge that entry into the Ticket Giveaway is not a form of consideration. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, submitted outside the Ticket Giveaway Period, or otherwise do not comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified in Manic Panic’s sole discretion. Entrants may not enter using multiple identities, accounts, or other methods in an attempt to circumvent the one-entry-per-person limitation. Entries submitted through fake, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise inauthentic accounts, or through the use of bots or other automated means are prohibited and may be disqualified in Manic Panic’s sole discretion.

5.     Prize: One (1) potential Winner (as such term is defined in Section 7 (Winner Selection and Notification)) will receive two (2) VIP tickets to the CBGB Festival 2026 at Under the K Bridge Park in Brooklyn, New York (the “Prize”). The approximate retail value of the Prize is US $699.98 (i.e., approximately $349.99 per ticket). The specifics of the Prize shall be determined solely by Manic Panic. Any and all Prize-related expenses, including, without limitation, any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. No cash equivalent, substitution, transfer, or assignment of the Prize is offered or permitted, except that Manic Panic reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. The Prize tickets may not be sold, resold, offered for resale, or transferred for value. The Prize does not include transportation, lodging, meals, parking, or any other costs or expenses associated with attending CBGB Festival 2026, all of which shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner and the Winner’s guest. The Winner and guest are responsible for complying with all applicable rules, policies, age restrictions, admission requirements, and other conditions imposed by CBGB Festival 2026 and the applicable venue. Manic Panic is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unavailable tickets.

The Prize is subject to any cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, ticketing, or other policies applicable to CBGB Festival 2026, and Manic Panic shall have no obligation to provide any substitute or additional compensation as a result of any cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or other change to the event, except in Manic Panic’s sole discretion.

6.     Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7.     Winner Selection and Notification: The winner of the Ticket Giveaway (the “Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received by Manic Panic. The potential Winner will be notified by direct message to the social media account through which the winning entry was submitted. Manic Panic shall have no liability for a potential Winner’s failure to receive a notification for any reason, including but not limited to factors such as the potential Winner’s account settings, failure to monitor the applicable account, or provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning account or contact information, or any other reasons. The potential Winner must respond to Manic Panic within twenty-four (24) hours from the time the winner notification is sent. Manic Panic may require the potential Winner to provide valid identification or other information reasonably necessary to verify the potential Winner’s identity, age, residency, eligibility, and compliance with these Official Rules. If a potential Winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within twenty-four (24) hours, is determined to be ineligible, fails or refuses to provide requested eligibility information or documentation, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Prize may be forfeited and Manic Panic may select an alternate potential Winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

The potential receipt by an Entrant of the Prize is conditioned upon such Entrant’s compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY THE WINNER OR ANY ENTRANT (IN MANIC PANIC’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER OR ENTRANT’S DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE TICKET GIVEAWAY AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS THE WINNER OR AN ENTRANT WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

8.     Terms: Manic Panic reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend, or delay the Ticket Giveaway, or any portion thereof, if circumstances affect or could affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, availability, or proper conduct of the Ticket Giveaway. Such circumstances may include, without limitation, technical or platform failures, outages, errors or interruptions affecting Instagram, TikTok or any other entry process, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, tampering, bots, automated entries, fake or fraudulent accounts, or any other cause beyond Manic Panic’s reasonable control. Manic Panic reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who: (i) tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or administration of the Ticket Giveaway; (ii) violates these Official Rules; (iii) attempts to obtain multiple entries in violation of the rules; (iv) provides false or misleading information; (v) uses multiple, fake, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise inauthentic accounts; (vi) uses bots or other automated methods to enter; or (vii) otherwise interferes with the proper conduct of the Ticket Giveaway.

Manic Panic may void any affected entries, select a winner from among the eligible entries received before the event giving rise to such action, or take any other action it deems appropriate to maintain the integrity and orderly administration of the Ticket Giveaway.

9.     Limitation of Liability: By entering or participating in the Ticket Giveaway, each Entrant agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless Manic Panic and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, arising out of or relating to Entrant’s: (i) participation in the Ticket Giveaway; (ii) acceptance, possession, receipt, use, or misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof; (iii) attendance at, participation in, or inability to attend the CBGB Festival 2026; (iv) any act, omission, cancellation, postponement, delay, schedule change, admission decision, security requirement, or other action of CBGB Festival 2026, the venue, performers, ticketing providers, or any other third party; (v) any technical, account, internet, wireless, mobile-device, or social-media-platform issue affecting participation in the Ticket Giveaway; or (vi) any error, omission, interruption, delay, or issue in the administration of the Ticket Giveaway.

Manic Panic is not responsible for: (a) incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, unsubmitted, or unsuccessful entries; (b) technical or other issues affecting Instagram, TikTok, or the entry process; (c) wireless, internet, mobile device, or platform issues; (d) viruses, hacking, or malware; (e) unauthorized human intervention; (f) errors in the administration of the Ticket Giveaway; or (g) any other injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Ticket Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize. Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to limit or exclude any liability that may not be limited or excluded under applicable law.

10.  Disputes: THIS TICKET GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. AS A CONDITION OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS TICKET GIVEAWAY, THE ENTRANT AGREES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THAT ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS TICKET GIVEAWAY OR THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, AND NOT AS PART OF ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. Any such dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in New York, New York, and each Entrant consents to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entrant hereby waives any and all rights to seek or recover punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including attorneys’ fees, and Entrant’s recovery shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs directly associated with entering the Ticket Giveaway, if any.

11.  Privacy Policy: Any personal information provided by Entrants in connection with or in association with the Ticket Giveaway, including any information provided for purposes of verifying a potential winner’s eligibility, will be collected, used, and handled in accordance with Manic Panic’s Privacy Policy available at:

By entering the Ticket Giveaway, Entrants acknowledge and agree that they have read and understood Manic Panic's Privacy Policy.

12.  Social Media Platforms: This Ticket Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok. By entering the Ticket Giveaway, each Entrant acknowledges that the Entrant is providing information to Manic Panic and not to Instagram or TikTok.

14.  Sponsor: The sponsor of the Ticket Giveaway is Manic Panic N.Y.C., Inc., located at 44-02 11th Street, Suite 101, Long Island City, NY 11101 USA.
