How to Dye

Always perform a patch test 24–48 hours before use.

  1. Pre-lighten: Use Flash Lightning® Bleach Kit for brightest results.
  2. Cleanse: Shampoo with Prepare to Dye® Clarifying Shampoo and towel-dry.
  3. Prep: Apply Stellar Shield™ Barrier Cream along hairline.
  4. Apply: Fully saturate clean, damp hair.
  5. Process: 30 minutes.
  6. Rinse: Rinse with cool water until clear.
  7. Style: Dry and style as desired.

Beautiful purple

"So i was using this color when it was the professional version. It lasted a very long time. Now this one seems to be the same but just a gel version as the other was. Now gel vs. Cream. Yeah its completely different. It seems thinner. Cream is thicker. So when using the gel. . . comb it through the sections you color. THEN add more. If not it will not saturate as well. Snd it could come out patchy. More is always better. Cream is definitely different. You don't necessarily have to add more after combing through the strands or sections yet i do it anyway. So gel is drippy. Definitely use on dry hair. Saturate. Leave on for hours. I get so many compliments from THIS particular purple color. More than the others. I color and leave on for hours almost all day before i wash it out. I use love power purple depositing conditioner. I don't wash my hair everyday. Every other. You can see my massive regrowth of dark brown hair yet the colored part is still bright purple. Everyone wants my secret. Now its here. Yes i bleach my hair. 2 to 3 times a year only. I use the depositing conditioner in the shower. Use gloves to apply btw."
