Start with Electric Lizard in your bowl and then mix in a spoonful of Sunshine and a few drops of Atomic Turquoise for our favorite Chartreuse mix! Or shop them on their own! This color works best on level 7 + pre-lightened hair, but if you want to deepen this hue make sure to add in a few extra drops of Atomic Turquoise.
