Shipping & Delivery
Due to Covid-19, many of our shipping carriers are experiencing delays in delivering orders
due to understaffing. Please expect that after your order has shipped, it might experience
carrier delays and may take longer than usual to receive. Our orders are processed in 1-2
business days (business days are Monday-Friday only, excluding weekends and holidays).
Estimated tracking and delivery information will be available once you receive your tracking
number. Any orders containing hair bleach, nail polish, or color spray cannot be shipped
outside of the continental United States or to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. These items
must be shipped via FedEx Ground and cannot be expedited for any reason due to product

Changes and Cancellations
Due to our efforts for you to receive your order as quick as possible, we are unable to make
changes of any kind or cancel your order. This includes your address, the items in your cart,
discount codes, every detail. If you ever have issues placing an order, or something in your
cart does not look correct, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before placing the
order so that we may assist you.
If you would like to return anything from your order, please be advised that this must be done at
your own expense. Eligible items purchased from our website must be postmarked for shipment back to
us within 5 days from the delivery date and be in perfect, unused, and re-sellable condition.
Once received and verified, we will process a refund for the cost of the items minus the cost of
the original shipping. Be advised that returns without a 6-digit order number or proper tracking

Please Note: If you purchased a Manic Panic product at a retail location or online elsewhere,
then returns or exchanges must be brought back to the original retail chain where it was originally
purchased from. Our Customer Returns policy applies ONLY for items purchased through our direct
*Lifestyle products are made to order and are final sale. As stated on the listings for items in
this category, Lifestyle products may not be returned or exchanged for any reason. Be sure to
check size charts and measurements to ensure a proper fit for clothing items and shoes.
If you order a Lifestyle product and it arrives damaged or defective, please send a picture of
the item and damage or defect to email@example.com for further assistance.
Return to Sender
If a package is returned to us for ANY reason by the shipper
(example: package was not picked up by the customer, incorrect or incomplete shipping address
was submitted, customs refuse entry, etc) the customer will be refunded for the cost of goods,
minus the cost of shipping per our ‘Return to Sender’ policy as we are unable to reship packages

*Shipping charges are under no circumstance refundable.
Any opened and/or used products do not qualify for a return.
We do not accept exchanges.
Clearance items cannot be returned or refunded: all sales are final.
All wigs and hair extensions are not eligible for returns or refunds. Colors may vary slightly.
