Blue Angel is the perfect sky-blue hair dye from our Creamtones Perfect Pastel collection. To achieve maximum impact, we suggest lightening your hair to a light blonde and toning out any yellow tones before use. Our pastel/grey/toner shades have lower pigment intensity than our vivid colors, so it's important to note that these hues will fade faster. 

The Creamtones® Collection was named after the 3-piece acapella act "The Creamtones" that included Tish, Snooky, and their good friend Diana Mae Munch.
