It all began with an egg-cream toast at the OUTLAW party in front of 33 St Mark's Place: the site of the original MANIC PANIC shop in 1977. A huge crowd joined Tish & Snooky gathering fearlessly in the street to take back the neighborhood for a while letting the new kids on the block know just who started it all! On the scene were legendary punk photographers Roberta Bayley and David Godlis, John Holmstrom from PUNK magazine, and many faces old and new from the NYC Punk/MANIC PANIC days.
