MANIC PANIC® GEL HAIR COLOR is a dense, thick liquid gel with intensified color pigment.
Available in a limited selection of colors.
The gels tend to be slightly stronger than the Classic creams, resulting in maximum staying power.
They are packeaged in an easy-to-squeeze bottle: great for streaking and color combining!

To obtain the most intense results from our Hair Color, we recommend that you apply these products to pre-lightened,
