This color was once upon a time called "Lavender ". MYSTIC HEATHER™ is a pastel color and should be applied to pre-lightened hair, bleached to a light blonde for best results. |

| HOW'D SHE DO IT? Our Dyehard may only be 14 years old, but she is an experienced MANIC PANIC® user! To achieve her wonderful hair color she "bleached her hair and toned it to white, then applied MYSTIC HEATHER™ and covered her hair wirh Saran Wrap and a shower cap." She slept with the color in her hair to assure maximum saturation. The result: a Mystical magical MANIC PANIC® head of hair!
